Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Twenty Eight International Workshop on Nuclear Theory we are pleased to invite you at the Workshop. It will be held from June 21^th (arrival day) to 27^th (departure day), 2009 in the Rila mountains, Bulgaria.

The International Workshop on Nuclear Theory is organized annually by the Nuclear Theory Laboratory at the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Proceedings of the Workshop will be published.

The main topics of the Workshop will be:

• nucleon-nucleon correlation effects on nuclear structure and reactions;

• symmetries in nuclear physics;

• exotic nuclei and few-body systems;

• advanced studies of many-fermion systems;

• nuclear astrophysics and related topics.

The Workshop fee is 350EUR (230EUR for students). It covers the participation fee, the social program, 6 days full board, lodging, the traveling expenses from Sofia to the Rila Mountains and a copy of the Proceedings of the Workshop.

If you would like to participate and give a talk, please kindly inform us about your decision not later than January 31, 2008 and send us by E-mail the title and the abstract (up to 1 page written in LaTeX, sample) of your talk.
