Conference fees will cover all-inclusive accommodation and free use of the facilities of the Workshop premises for the duration of the meeting, a compendium of abstracts, a copy of the proceedings at a subscription rate, and the social programme including an opening party, a city excursion and the banquet dinner with the award ceremony.

Medical, accident and liability insurance is not included in the fees. QSCP participants should make sure they are fully insured from their own home institution.

 

Early-bird registrants (payment made before April 16):	EUR 615 € or the equivalent in USD currency (junior scientists*: EUR 440 €)
Regular registrants (payment made before July 16):	EUR 680 € or the equivalent in USD currency (junior scientists*: EUR 490 €)
Late registrants (payment made after July 16):	EUR 750 € or the equivalent in USD currency (junior scientists*: EUR 540 €)
Accompanying dependents (at any time):	EUR 425 € (or the equivalent in USD currency)
Bulgarian participants** (at any time):	BGN 545 lv. (without accommodation; optional supplement of 110 lv. for the proceedings)
Committee members (at any time):	EUR 515 € (or the equivalent in USD currency)

*Pre/Post-doctoral students (providing an attestation from their supervisor) may pay reduced fees (with an option for the proceedings).

**Bulgarian participants may pay reduced fees not including room and board in the local currency (with an option for the proceedings).
